Return/Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Please allow 1-3 days processing time for information on your order to be shipped. Processing time may be delayed during seasonal time. Any orders placed Right before or on Sunday please give us an extra day, for most postal offices are closed for accepting shipments.

Standard Delivery:

Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Batiste Stories is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after it says delivered please make sure you input the correct address if you put the wrong address contact us ASAP after your order is finalized via email.
